Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year. No official decision will be made on any application until all relevant documents have been received.

(Kharisma Bangsa School DOES NOT accept transfer students to the following grades; 6th, 9th, and 12th grades.)

The minimum age for admission in Kindergarten is 4th years old and elementary school is 6th years old at the beginning of the academic year applying.

For a student to be eligible for entry, the school administration must agree that the student has a reasonable expectation of academic and personal success within the Kharisma Bangsa school’s program. Kharisma Bangsa may deny students based on disciplinary grounds.

Required Documents For Admission

To apply for enrollment at Kharisma Bangsa School, please submit the following to the office:

1. Application Fee (Non-refundable)
2. Completed Online Application Form
3. Student’s Birth Certificate
4. Immunization Records (for elementary school ONLY)
5. Diploma (for elementary and middle school) and UN report
6. Transcript or report card from the previous school
7. Proof of residential address
8. Parents ID cards (Passport and KITAS for foreign citizens) and Family Card
9. Student’s Passport size photo (2 photos 4cmx6cm)
10. Student Pick up form
11. Student Health Records
12. Transfer students should provide reference letters from their previous school
13. Foreign students must provide a recommendation letter for studying in Indonesia from the Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud)
14. Any student who transferred from overseas countries must provide a notification letter of Equivalence from the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud)

The School reserves its rights to verify all information and documentation supplied by an applicant for admission and reserves its rights to take legal action against any applicant who intentionally provides false information and documentation.

3. Admission Test schedule:

   – Elementary School (SD): Online Trial Class, Schedule by appointment!

   – Middle & High School (SMP & SMA), Online test:

  *Academic test (Math, Science, Indonesian)

  *Cambridge English Placement Test (CEPT)

  *Interview

The test will be on every Saturday: 08:00-12:00 WIB
